Product Introduction:
This product consists of three main parts: flat cable, four-wheel trolley for carrying cable, and guide roller. Flat cables are made of non combustible materials and can be used indoors and outdoors, as well as in areas in contact with oil stains. Compared with circular cables, they have certain weather resistance and advantages, such as smaller bending radius and longer service life.
The rolling track adopts cold-rolled steel plate for one cold drawing to ensure the accuracy of the track section size, replacing the disadvantages of unsafe, bulky, indoor sliding line dust accumulation, outdoor icing causing short lines and affecting the use of angle steel and other conductive methods. It has unique functions in China. The length of the 4-6m track unit adopts coupler connectors, which can be extended to any length as needed.
The working principle of this product is shown in the engineering application diagram (1). The starting end of the flat cable (connected to the on-site junction box) is fixed on the starting end bracket of the guide roller, and then fixed on the four-wheel trolley carrying the cable at appropriate intervals (1-2.5mm) according to the allowable space on site. The end of the cable (connected to the power supply) is fixed to the last handcart (tractor). Using the springs on the trolley to move back and forth, drive all trolleys to slide freely at any speed on the rolling track by dragging the cable (if the length exceeds 20m, consider using the original traction rope to protect the cable from tension). The quantity is calculated by the user based on the number of moving vehicles. Generally speaking, each car requires a set of accessories, including:

Based on the actual driving distance of the vehicle, it is determined by adding the user's statistical data to the distance of storing and carrying the four-wheel handcart.

Generally, it is half of the total length of the track, and users can increase or decrease the number of four-wheel carts according to the allowed cable sag space.
